Xanadu has been my pride and joy as well as my life
since 1995. Some of my very best moments and memories have been aboard
Xanadu. This site was originally designed to contain these memories and
now redesigned for the purpose of selling her.
Xanadu was manufactured in Mora, Minnesota by Bluewater
Yachts. Each Bluewater is custom made. Like all Bluewater owners, I love the design and functionality. I think the things most people find the most appealing are:
- Very sexy, streamlined design (it looks like a swan
when you cruise across the water)
- Living area is on one level so there are not a lot of
stairs to climb
- It has a 23" draft (only requires 24" of water) so
can be beached just about any place
- Far easier to maneuver in general but specifically in
bad weather
- Floor plan is designed for convenience and luxury and
is quite roomy

fall in love just as I did. There truly is not a more beautiful boat or a
better value than Bluewater!
Not only is Bluewater an exceptional value, Xanadu is an
even greater value as it is jam-packed with many luxurious options and has

So why would I sell her? Well, due to several life
changing events (i.e. divorce, failed business, market decline, etc.), my
financial situation has changed dramatically. As a result, I have become a
very motivated seller! It saddens me to sell her but I will replace her
once my new business is successful. Although I have owned many different
brands of boats, none compared to Xanadu (the only Bluewater I have have
owned). I know many Bluewater owners but never met one that didn't just
love their yacht.
